Embroidery is an art of decorating fabric or other material using a needle to apply thread or yarn. Lambani embroidery uses a total of fourteen types of stitches, namely – Kilan, Vele, Bakkya. The basic techniques include crewel work, needlepoint, cross-stitch embroidery, and quilting, as well as quillwork and feather work.
